I've always loved Monkey Island. Favourite game series of all time. Anyone can play it, you don't need to have super quick reflexes or praqctice for hours on end to get the combo's right or whatever.

I was just wondering if there were any games out there at the moment similar. There used to be quite a few - Day of the Tentacle, Grim Fandango, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (I think it was that one). It's all Lucas Arts stuff, I guess. Is there anything else?

Can anyone give me names, if there are any out there.

Thanks, PA

There was another Indiana Jones game, Indiana Jones and the fate of atlantis (this was the only game I used to play when I was younger) and I also remember there being a Sam and Max game. There are the Broken Sword games too.

Ahhh, that was the one. I thought I might have had the names mixed up hmm.gif Thanks.

edit: now I'm thinking about it - was that the only Indiana Jones game? Or was Last Crusade one also? I do remember playing Fate of Atlantis, but I seem to remember playing a couple of scenes from the Last Crusade - it could just be faulty memory, I was only 9 or something at the time blink.gif

I too love those kinda games. You have to check out the 'discworld' series. It's a bit dated now, but the gameplay is still great!

Probably my favourite games of all time has to be fallout 1 & 2. You can do so much, using your brain to complete missions, vast conversation possibilities and multiple case scenarios depending on what you say. All the action in the game is turnbased, so you don't necessarily need much skill in the fighting elements of it.
