Paul Martin Says Clinton Acted Like a Real Gentleman

Prime Minister Paul Martin says President Bill Clinton acted like a gentleman and didn't attempt to fondle him during their meeting at the international climate conference in Montreal.
During an interview with CTV's Mike Duffy on Countdown, Martin flatly denied a rumour that Clinton had touched him in a sexual manner.
"I can tell you Mike.... an..an...an...and the people of Canada that President Clinton gave me a friendly pat on the back, nothing more nothing less. It was just a friendly gesture, but I must admit, it felt pretty good," Martin told Duffy, as he giggled, like a school girl.
Martin also denied allegations that he was using the former president to boost Liberal electoral fortunes.
"I can tell you.... an..an...an...and the people of Canada that President Clinton gave me a friendly pat on the back, nothing more nothing less....ohh...just a second, wrong page.
I want to make it perfectly clear (giggle) I did not use Mr. Clinton, he was a willing participant...(giggle)."
Asked about Mr. Martin's meeting with Mr. Clinton, Tory Leader Stephen Harper noted that the Conservatives would like to solve the softwood lumber dispute, but clearly, says Harper, "Mr. Martin is more focused on a former President's hardwood issue".
