My dad and my aunt lived in a haunted house. And every night my dad kept hearing, a "Twing, twing" coming from his closet. So one night after hearing the noise again, he went into his closet and looked behind his clothes. There was a hide away door that he didn't know about. And there was a little metal piece of wire sticking out of the wall. So he had my grandpa wind it up really really tight, no one would ever be able to unwind it. the next night he heard the noise again. So he looked behind and there was the wire all nice and straight. Do you think it was a poltergiest (don't know how to spell it) or something?

So maybe it was the girl. Or the toddler. Where do you get these endless stories?

Edit:What I mean is its probably not three seperate ghosts, just one ghost.
Taylor
No you didn't read it right. Thats when my dad was little. Thats not a fake story.

I didnt say it was fake. I just want to say I dont think you have a lot of ghosts, just one ghost following your family. Or someone in your family did something bad to a lot of people and they want to avenge themselves. Il go with the first one.

Oh sorry. I thouht you mean I was lying or something. Yes, thank you. I don't think my family ever hurt anyone. yes.gif

I suppose it all depends on what metal it was; some metals slowly revert back to their original shape after being manipulated.

Edit: And why didn't your dad or grandad investigate this unknown closet? I woud have, even if I'd waited until daylight yes.gif

Interesting story, Taylor. I'm not sure how to explain what happened, though it doesn't sound like typical poltergeist activity (which is often said to be caused by aggressive psychic energy in teenagers, IIRC). Were there other events in the house, or was this an isolated incident?

True, but it's doubtful that wire would revert back to normal after only one night (unless it was coated or particularly thick.)

Edit: too sleep deprived to spell. *sigh*

Well, there was two other times. My grandma and grandpa were at a party down the street and my dad and my aunt were staying in the house. They were playing in their room, when the door nob was rattling like someone was trying to open the door. Then they heard foot steps outside of the door. It wasn't them.
Then once my aunt had been taking a bath, and the door nob started rattling again. The door opened, and she could feel a ghostly presence there and she could feel him staring at her.

You know, you have a lot of posts about ghosts. Just go excercise it.

So, did your Dad ever explore what was behind that hidden door?

He said that it was like a place where some wires would go into the wall. If that makes any sense to you.
