k, its definitely not just a log, and it still could be nessie. however, those can easily be waves in the middle of the loch. when boats or ships go by, they can cause waves to come off their sides and they differ for the size of the boat. so if two boats go by each other then their waves could almost 'meet' in the middle, so to speak. this would cause the to waves to kind of hit each other and travel along for a bit, causing this effect. but if there wasnt any boats around at that time, then it definitely could be nessie.

Although i have seen pretty much all of the videos that claim to show nessie, there are hundreds of people around the world claiming that its a fake.
I'd like to believe that a " creature " similar to nessie exists, but have been convinced it doesnt.
I have been to loch-ness and admit that its a very very eary place. I can see why people have claimed to see something in the water....i mean sh**, it makes me nervous just being near it.

Agree, every video that we see about paranormal things or mysteries are short or dark or shaky or blurred....this aspects means something = fake.
Long ago when I was young I believed on the videos but when the videos became having almost the same those aspects,I started to doubt it.It turn the subject boring, thats why people dont give so much credit on this kind of things.

So when the video is short, shaky, dark or blurred it=fake
but when the images are clear, steady, and "too good to be true", it =fake.
not that I think that is a nessie in the video, but Im not going to automatically label it as fake.
I just wanted to point out the 'everything is fake no matter what' mentality of some people, namely skeptics.

I kinda sympathize with your plight in terms of "Damned If You Do... Damned If You Don't", but with all of the hoaxed material in circulation(either admittedly so, or just so damn ridiculous-looking that you laugh out-loud) you can maybe see why so many people are starting to question the "Nessie" legend more and more. I've said it before and I'll say it again....I would LOVE for the legend to be true(as I would in the case of Bigfoot)...but until I see some DEFINITIVE proof(I know, I know...define definitive..it's all point-of-view), I just can't sit back and "drink the kool-aid" on Nessie.....or that video.

I can understand your frustration with skeptics - but there will always be a counter-argument to any evidence unless that evidence is the captured animal/creature etc itself.
This has always been the case - but that's also the challenge for ghost-hunters/cryptozoologists etc. That's what makes it fun.

I must be behind the times, i thought the idea of a prehistoric animal living in Loch Ness had been put to bed long ago.
For a species to have lasted millenia to the present day would mean that the loch would be teaming with them, you would be able to go to the shore & feed them by hand. Or is anybody really sugesting that there are only one or two

come on ...the loch ness monster is a non starter. Also it is fact that there is just no where near enough life in the loch to feed a large creature(s). This hoary old tale belongs in the same box as bigfoot & the yeti.

Perhaps people have seen large conger eels that got dumped overboard by trawlers and remained not-quite-dead for a short time. I could see how that would look like a plesiosaur neck.
Very large dead congers have washed up on the loch's shores. They were covered with gaff marks, indicating that they'd been dumped overboard by fishing trawlers that had been to sea.

So your suggesting that the whole Loch Ness Monster/Plesiosaur "thing" is born of nothing but what people "think" they have seen, as opposed to what is "actually" there....and from there the "legend/rumor/hysteria" has done nothing but grow and receive cultivation from those who are either ignorant to the facts of the situation or wish to profit(either monetarily or for fame-sake) from the propagated myth?...............................Hard to believe.
