Last night I felt like someone was sitting on the end of my bed. I know it wasn't my cat because I looked and she wasn't there. I didn't see anything but I felt like someone was watching me. Does anyone know what this might be?

I thought that someone could figure out if it was a shadow person or what.

Ive had that happen and Ive felt somone touching my shoulder when there is no one around but me.

Shadow people are shy. They usually try to stay out of site. If they ever move or touch something, its always tiny. I have seen them a lot.

is there anything in your life you cant attribute to paranormal? maybe your bedsheets where stuck under somthing, what happened after this? did it go away or what,

Well, it was sitting there, and I felt it get up, and then it was gone.

Something similar happened to me once . . freaked me out! Only happened one time, never experienced anything like that again. My guess (what happened in my case) is that it was a wondering spirit.

Isn't it freaky? This was my first experience where I could atually feel them doing something. But the other times I could just feel a presence. I don't know maybe it's my Grandma trying to say hi or something.

Exactly so maybe it was just a relative who was passing through.

We have get togethers all the time. So my aunt, my mom and I were watching The Ghost Whisperer and I was sitting in my computer chair watching tv my mom was sitting in a different chair and my aunt had been sitting on one side of the couch, and all of the sudden I feel something. I looked over and I see my aunt look over to the open space in the couch and I see her feel over on the open space like something had been there. She said that she felt my grandma. I think I had felt her too. We both just smiled at eachother because we knew it was her.

When I was in the 7th grade my grandmother died. At the time we lived in NJ and my Gramma lived in Arkansa. My parents gave me the choice to go or not. I decided not too because it was going to be an open casket funeral and I just didn't want to remember my granny that way. Sooo... I was up in my room crying because I felt so selfish for not going not to mention sadness, when I felt someone sit next to me on my bed. Freaked out I sat there frozen in fear. I had then felt what I decide as a warm hand placed on my back. That feeling made all the fear go away and then my room filled with the sent of my grandma's perfume. To this day I'm pretty much convinced that it was my grandma saying good bye. So I definitely believe or like to think that our loved ones like to hang out from time to time and they don't mean to frighten us but sometimes accidently do.

I think that my shadow person (if that's what it is) is not shy. It stares at me intently with red eyes.

the feeling of someone being there when you know you are alone is so freaky...i was sleeping on my friends couch and i was the oly one in the house(and before anyone says this she had no pets either) I had just closed my eyes to try to go to sleep and I felt somone breathing on my face. It was unmistakable. It was warm breath on my cheek. And the best part of it is her husband had just died a few months previously. Any way to explain what that could have been other than a spirit of some sort.
