if you dont know the story i guess i date myself, i saw it in the theatre when it came out

basically 5? med students took turns becoming clinically dead for short periods of time to see what was there

then they revived the 'dead' friend

No thanks. But, I went under the knife. It was total knockout, with no memory.

I remember some stories about people at hospitals reporting OOB experiences.
One was told by a doctor about a patient, who described a tennis shoe on a ledge of the hospital. Turns out, it was there.

And, another woman doctor who put a special item on top of a cabinet in the O.R.
No patient ever could describe it, though...

I think the universe has a something we have not yet discovered. There is a so-called anthropic principal in astrophysics, that tries to explain one way or another, the timing of events that can appear fine tuned. I do not read the anthropic principal in such a way as to infer divine order, but even chaos may be more ordered than we imagine.
