I saw this thing on the discovery channel yesterday about alcatraz, and i became fasinated
by the Island. I was wondering if anyone else shares this fasination and if anyone has any info or has been to the island, can you share your experiences. I already know about the 13 escape attempts and its more famous inmates like Al Capone, the Birdman and the guy who drove bonnie and clyde.




P.S i also found an online alcatraz game, im downloading it now, i hope its good

I was on Alcatraz a few months ago! It was quite a fun and informative tour they give over there. Closed because of its huge running costs I believe, it was only in operation for around 30 years...
