If any one around NC. has seen black or charcoal gray Helicopters flying low and letting a mist out. Please let me know.

I was up late one night partying with friends in downtown Madison WI. At about 3-4:00 in the morning, a black helicopter with no lights landed about a block away, and then left within about 30 seconds. That's my only experiance with black helicopters.

I've heard low flying helicopters around where I live but i couldnt see them because it was around 11 pm.

the famed black helipocters seem to be grey as you noticed...spraying something?? yikes

i know of black helicopters from the US Army Special Forces

when i was at Ft. Lewis having M-16 training, a black copter set down in a field across from us

the back opened and 2 dirt bikes and a buggy drove out

then they drove off and the copter took off

i dont know that the sightings around the country are SF copters

although North Carolina would be the right area for them

lots of army in that area could be special forces training
