I was just wondering what the Hindu religions beliefs regarding armageddon are? Do Hindus even believe in an end of times scenario? Any replies to this topic would be greatly appreciated, Thanks for your time.
Yes, they, like the Maya, have 'Ages' of the world. They believe that Shiva will destroy this age at some point in the future, thousands of years from now I think. I don't think they go much into detail about how it will happen, though.

Each age is represented by different incarnations of Shiva. As far as when those start and end I am not sure, but if I remember correctly Shiva the destroyer aspect is supposedly coming soon. (Don't quote me on this, it has been alltogether to long since I have read the Vedas)

Right now is generally regarded as the end of an age. It is the end of the Kaliyuga, 25,800 years, give or take a few years which actually parallels western astrology and cycles according to Elizabeth Clare Prophet. Each age is roughly 2,150 years. We are now ending Pisces whose heirarch was Jesus and entering Aquarius. If you multiply 2,150 by the 12 signs of the Zodiac, you get 25,800. Some would like to believe that this is not the end of an age nor the Kaliyuga. This may be wishful thinking and tweaking cycles to fit one's worldview. It could be karma dodging or wishing to put off what is coming due today.
At this time the 10th incarnation of Vishnu is due to appear in some form. His name is Kalki. He will be riding a white horse and carrying a sword. It is interesting that Vishnu is the middle deity of the trio, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. He is in one sense the Christ Principle of the triumvirate.
Jesus' most beloved disciple took down the Book of Revelations on the Isle of Patmos. John witnessed the advent of the Four Horseman at the end of an age. The last horseman rode a white horse and carried a sword just as does Kalki. The white means death but it also signifies purity. The sword is not only symbolic but also represents a flaming sword that the great avatars wield in slaying the not-self, the dweller and evil. The sword means physical death and the end of incarnations for the terminally evil minded. It also means the death of the not-self for those who have tried to live a righteous life. It is time for mankind to decide whom they will serve. If the godly keep true to the original precepts of the world's great religions and the universal truths, then they will emerge unscathed, bathed in the purity of the white light.

Many sudras will become kings, and many heretics will be seen.
"There will arise various sects; sannyasins wearing clothes colored red. Many profess to have supreme knowledge because, thereby, they will easily earn their livelihood. In the Kali age, there will be many false religionists. India will become desolate by repeated calamities, short lives, and various diseases. Everyone will be miserable owing to the dominance of vice and Tamoguna; people will freely commit abortion.
"Earth will be valued only for her mineral treasures. Money alone will confer nobility. Power will be the sole definition of virtue. Pleasure will be the only reason for marriage. Lust will be the only reason for womanhood. Falsehood will win out in disputes. Being dry of water will be the only definition of land. Praise worthiness will be measured by accumulated wealth. Impropriety will be considered good conduct, and only feebleness will be the reason for unemployment. Boldness and arrogance will be equivalent to scholarship. Only those without wealth will show honesty. Just a bath will amount to purification, and charity will be the only virtue. Abduction will be marriage. Simply to be well dressed will signify propriety. And any hard-to-reach water will be deemed a pilgrimage site. The pretense of greatness will be the proof of it, and powerful men with many severe faults will rule over all the classes on earth. Oppressed by their excessively greedy rulers, people will hide in valleys between mountains, where they will gather honey, vegetables, roots, fruits, birds, flowers and so forth. Suffering from cold, wind, heat and rain, they will put on clothes made of tree bark and leaves. And no one will live as long as twenty-three years. Thus in the Kali Age humankind will be utterly destroyed."
