Nice list of specs, but I think the weak link was the Polaroid Land Camera that took the original shot...

well, it's a pretty fake...I'd say modeled after, if not, a mantis, like you'd suggested. nice find!

I think i've seen that pic in a game but forgot which one... i think Area 51, but doubt it...

lol, it would be cool if aliens looked like praying mantis, but somehow i doubt it.
