There is no scientific evidence to support the idea of extraterrestrial life whatsoever.
Stretching that un-proven notion into the causal mechanism of the Bermuda Triangle incidents is a wee bit of a stretch.

First, one would need to establish that there is in fact extraterrestrial life hanging around Earth. Unless that is done, and of course it hasn't been in any way, then the answer to your question cannot be stated.
