It isn't what is wrong with you...it is what is right with you...you are fading...the part that doesn't care is fading and the part that cares deeply is trying to take control...care Werewolf Child....care....

Maybe you should start trying to pay more attention to whats going on. maybe your just not paying enough attention, so you feel as if half of you is gone.
werewolf_child
It's nothing like that it's almost like I'm somewhere else but not there all the way and sometimes I feel like I don't know where I am.

Werewolf.
Could it possibly be stress related? Have you considered that? Or do you feel its something different?
werewolf_child
blink.gif I don't do alcohol it hurts my stomach and well it just started today it's nothing i've felt before
joc
Perhaps you are pregnant?

truly a puzzeling phenomena. it could range anywhere from esp sensitivity to a mild psychosis...whichever you find more plausible, wish I could be more helpful...

I've never felt like I was fading away, but I have always felt as long as I can remember, that the whole of me is not here. I always felt like I'm not just this... physical body. I always looked at it as my shell and not me. Don't know why, lol.
DaKong
I know exactly what you're talking about, Zero and Werewolf_Child... Every since the summer before eighth grade, I've always been "not here," if you catch my drift. I've always wanted to do something else in my life, and I think that's why I feel empty. Heh, like that Linkin Park song "Somewhere I Belong..."

I wanna heal, I wanna feel, What I though was never real.......
ShaunZero
It's a very odd feeling. It's like I'm just limited... and stuck to this physical world. It's like, I want to live, but can't wait to actualy not be restrained by a physical body. I wish I could go back and forth =/

That's IF there's an afterlife or "spirit world", but I sure feel like there is.

It isn't easy getting a hold of that book, so I suggest going google about it at least. The thing is the title of that book is your first serious answer. Remeber - be here now.

IF you don't read a book you will end up with problems of emptiness at some point.

It's nothing like that it's almost like I'm somewhere else but not there all the way and sometimes I feel like I don't know where I am.

This almost sounds like Alshiemers disease, but your probably too young for that. There is a point in demonic possesion where you can feel like that - Ive been through something close to it.

One day about a decade ago, I was watching an interview with Bjork Gudmunsdottir, ( I was pretty much in wub.gif with her at the time - big mistake later on), and I felt like this force came over me. Like even thinking about loving that woman was too much for me- then I just got up and ran out of the house & into the woods. I just kept running, and felt like I was someone else. It is because I think I was totally wrong having a crush on someone that I barely knew.

Are you in a 'crush' mode over someone? You can feel like you want to be there with them and then have it all turned around - like half way there, and the feelings reject you...
ShadowDancer
I've heard of this before, about a possible cause for memory loss. Some people live superficially (not saying you are superficial). What I mean is, living without paying much attention to what's going on, sort of like ADD, but in everyday living, which is probably why you don't like reading also. It's often because when you are doing something, you are thinking of other things, not totally attentive to the "present moment".
Do you have trouble remembering faces/names/events?

MadEyePixie
Have you talked to anyone besides people on this forum about it, like your parents or a school counselor? I'm sure either one could offer you some sort of help.
Iorning_Board
I get the same feeling, like your not totally there... like you go somewhere but cant really recall the journey and as it happens its almost in a third person perspective... mellow.gif
werewolf_child
you all just don't understand no.gif
joc
How can you really expect anyone to take you seriously...when in your profile under Interests, it just says ....Hating you.....?
~TheArtOfContact~
"Hating you"? rolleyes.gif You can't hate people you don't know - simple as that. If we don't understand, it's because she's not explaining what is really happening....We can't be running around in circles... and if that is what she's doing- we can't expect her to just tell anyone what's going on while this is happening.

So I think a better inquiry- {in conclusion} would be like "I feel like I'm not fully there".

Because if your not fully there, where are you? Where did you go? Where were you?
Why go there? What is there? What is out there? Why would you be out there? Is there anybody out there? The truth is out there? Where? Why? How? How do you know? Do you hate anyone out there? You can't hate someone you don't know..... Is that too hard to understand out there?

Besides that, how can you ask anyone to take you seriously when you claim to be a werewolf and even started a topic about it in this very same forum.

I'm starting to wonder if you just pull this stuff for attention.

This Might Sound a little crazy but I need to talk to someone who is a Lycan (werewolf).I feel I am becoming one.Ive been having weird moments.

If you hate something you also fear it. It's impossible to hate without fear.

If you hate something you also fear it. It's impossible to hate without fear.

If you don't know, you can't hate. If you fear - it is because you know, if you don't know it is because your afraid {not fear yet}. If you hate something it is solely because you know, exactly that you don't love it { not the opposite exactly }, you dislike it to a very bitter ugly end. You can be afraid of it, but to fear it is a sign of total weakness, and the element of suprize that makes you that way. It is not impossible to hate without fear.

By the way there, werewolfgirl, my interests are to hate absolutely no one, unless I know them and I have reason to.

With me you get one! Dunno how old you are, but your age may be something to do with it. When I was 10 I went thru a profound experience - I'd been pretty much chugging thru life, but one one day, out of the blue, the thought hit me: Wow, I really AM here! I exist! I'm not just a figment of someone's imagination! It was as if, up to that moment, I had only existed in a dream, but had somehow 'passed the test' or reached the stage of my life where I actually began to live for real. My husband had the same in his teens.. . both cases, it was just prior to the start of adolescence.
It could be that spiritually I received a wake-up call, but remember what you are experiencing could also be linked to depression or medication you are on. Anaemia can also lead to spatial problems, as can low blood sugar. I'd suggest get yourself checked out by a doc and if all is well, learn to live with it till you get that 'wake-up call.' Let me know if and when it happens!
It may turn out you are gifted psychically, as I am.
Infrazael
I've felt like that.

It's called daydreaming, hallucinations, NOT GIVING A CRAP ABOUT LIFE, etc. . . . .

Or, you're some sort of spirit/alien/lycanthrope hybrid thingy. Consult your local Occult organization or something. They might be able to help you (I'm being serious here).

It sounds like this syndrome I heard on TV.. You should talk to a doctor to get it treated.

Now Look, this may sound stange and i really dont like the whole "Reality is fake" thing, but work with me.

1. you dont feel like your fully here, get a friend.
2. tell your friend to Punch you Hard in the head or stomach, preferable stomach.
3. FFEEELL the pain, embrase it as your reality, your self consiance, your being.

Yes ..I've felt that way several times... it could just be that you are coming down with something..like a flu....or some medication can give you that feeling.. simple stemitil..( for travel sickness does that to me)...or not enought sleep with compunded with stress..

or on the more esoteric side.. I've been told once that a spirit vampire was attatched to me that was draining me of my energy...

try visualize you holding a silver spiritual sword and cotting all these bonds...then visualize some light...try to channel this light into you to cleanse.. replace all the missing energy and ask for ..mentally create a spiritual shield ...to protect you..

it should work...

Derealisation and depersonalisation, can be signs of anxiety disorder and panic attacks.

Derealisation is the sensation that you and everything around you is not real or dreamy, as if you are seeing everything through a fog or some kind of filter. It has been noticed that people experience both depersonalisation and derealisation during panic. It seems that some people dissociate first which then causes panic and derealisation.

If this is whats happening it's time to go see a doctor.

To answer your question:

There's nothing wrong with you. You're a teenager.

It depends Manfred, only werewolf child knows to what extent she's having these feelings.
