Sounds just like the Mothman I reckon - any other takers for that theory?

Batsquatch...sounds like too much free time...or too much alcohol...or a little from column a, and a little from column b...still, creatures exist in numerous forms often too extreme to comprehend, ie the deep sea fish...still, batsquatch...i am hesitant to take that theory...

I don't know what it is, but it sounds cool and I like the name. I found a website dedicated it to it, www.batsquatch.com, but I didn't find a photograph. According to that website the batsquach's official theme song is "Stayin' Alive". Good choice.

Isn't Mt. Saint Helen's supposed to have produced strange genetic mutations? Well, that's what they said on The X-Files, anyway.

Though Mothy's face has never been accurately described. I've always heard it summed up as "funny" or "it was horrible."

But seriously, I have witnessed alot of stange flying things and most of them were just large birds that I did not know existed.

Yeah I always thought at least part of the reason why they went with the name mothman was because DC had Batman and villian Manbat so all the good names involving were associated with something so the papers went with the next close thing to the description.

Yes, it was the Red eyes that got me thinking about the comparison.
