i got this pic while browsing ghoststudy.com,here's what they said bout the photo:
Mr. X writes, "The attached picture is a photo that was taken of an alleged "CHUPACABRA" or "GOAT SUCKER", famous in Mexico and South America. I don't know if this is real or not. If it isn't its a pretty good fake. It kind of looks like someone could have altered some pictures of a baboon or something. But I checked it out in my photo software and it didn't look that fake. It extremely resembles descriptions and drawings of the the creature from witnesses."

Looks like an artist's impression.
Perhaps someone scanned it from a Dungeons & Dragons Monster Manual?

Don't need photo software to see it's a drawing/painting

Yep .. looks like a painting .. it does not have the effect of a photo .. the animal it self and the back ground of the picture have the same reflection .. amm .. like they are both not clear .. usually when you take a photo the back ground is bleary .. and the main object is clear ..

I saw this picture in a catalogue where you could order prints of paintings done. It's a good picture of whatever it is supposed to be.

Frankly, if anyone expects us all to believe that this is a photo, then they're either very naive or very condescending.

Anyone who could even consider that image to be an actual photograph, rather than an artists rendering, may freely borrow my glasses. They seem to have better photo software. It's called "Active Brain Cell v1.0."
