CHARTIERS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A student was taped to the wall at a school -- and it was caught on video, police said.

Chartiers Township police said that they received videotape found by an administrator of the Western Area Career & Technology Center, in Canonsburg.

The video showed a student being duct-taped by his arms, hands and head to the wall of a bathroom, police said.

According to police, an aerosol was sprayed on the student's shoes and the floor and then ignited.


Police said that on the tape, does not appear that the student was injured in the incident, nor does it appear the student was held against his will.

Police believe the video was made early in the morning on Feb. 15, and that at least seven students were involved.

The school did not suffer any damage.

Police are continuing their investigation.source

Just to note, duct tape to some is a religion all in it's self. My cousin's uncle has a big box full of duct tape in all different colors and patterns just in case he needs them for something.

When I was in the 10th grade, a couple of my friends duct taped someone to a post But we didn't set him on fire

Tis just general idiotic behaviour that many school-kids seem to suffer from at one point of time during their schooling. I have seen more than enough of this over the last couple of years.

My friends and I done weirder things when bored. Meh. At least we weren't taped up/set on fire/video-taped.

Odd, we did this in my Junior High School - it was a school event, with other interesting games. Except we didn't light the people on fire... Just a contest to see who could stay stuck on the wall the longest.

Now that I think about it, seemed like a waste of time... but it was fun
