I need EVERYONE's opinion on this topic.
Are big box retailers(walmart, costco, target, ect.) beneficial to the surrounding community?

Walmart fails to give employees medicare but it generates high taxes for the city.
Please include any sources you may find, its okay if you dont.

All that site does it talk about how Wal-Mart screws its employies over You shouldn't be working at Wal-Mart above the age of like... 25. It's fine for like. a college student to work at Wal-Mart, but like McDonald's, if you are 30 years of age and still serving burgers, you need to get an education.

Local business is always good, but keep in mind that Wal-Mart started out little too. All companies do.

Such a topic has been suggested for a debate and I would be more than willing to set it up for any who are interested.
