I recommend starting something called a dream log. Basically, it's a notebook that you keep by your bed, and when you first wake up, before you even get out of bed, grab the notebook and write down what your dream was before it leaves your concious memory. You should pay more attention to the feelings, (emotions) of the dreams rather than the dremas themselves. The emotions are what drives it. Think of it like gasoline. Memories, both present and forgotten, are the vehicle, and your emotions are the gas..

it could be a precognition, as you'd mentioned, or it could be a case of similar circumstances, in which you see yourself doing something you would normally do anyway, and in the next occurence of that event it clicks in your mind as the two occurences seem so similar when put into context. just my two cents yes.gif

Yes, I have these sorts dreams a lot.

I don't know whether these are merely ordinary dreams and when I am doing the exact same thing that I did in my dream just I notice it, or whether the dream simply makes me aware of the things that I'm doing or whether they're truly prophetic. In other words, I don't know whether these are coincidental events or whether there's really more to them than that...

However, I had a series of dreams that I feel sure were prophetic. I always dreamed the same thing, and each time I saw of objets hitting mountains, buildings, and other things just before 9-11. That was, without a doubt, a psychic dream. The recurring dreams stopped after the day of the attack.

I think you're experiencing things called Sympathetic Dreams. I saw something about them on Unsolved Mysteries years ago. I've had them too. When I was 16 I had a dream that I was injured in a horse riding accident and it happened the next day (and I've gotta tell you, falling from a running horse and landing on your head is NOT fun). I've also "predicted" my sister's pregnancies.
