I found this site and thought it may come in handy for some people , wether you just want to know what year a war started or wether your writting a thesis on social developement in the 20th century . I personnally spent an hour checking out the information on it . Which is really not surprising because deep down I'm a bit of a geek .

Great find Kismit. The maps that change to the moving timeline are wonderful, if a little bewildering. I've just spent a long time perusing them too, because basically I'm the Arch High-Overlord of Geekiness (while simultananeously managing to appear highly urbane and sophisticated).
