During the aftermath of the crimes Lizzie was awfully shady and inconsistent with her allabies and what not.
PS: I hadn't heard the story of the retarded Half-brother before, that is very interesting indeed.
If you read the actual trial transcripts, Lizzie was very consistent with her alibi and her timeline of what happened that morning.
