Hello UM fans...

Assailant-Studios is proud to announce an official Documentary of the infamous Myth The Jersey Devil coming soon! At the beginning of next year, we apologize for the long wait but with much work ahead of this Documentary, our company Assailant Studios will bring you a full featured Documentary to you on the internet. A group of people and volunteers are going to take a trip to New Jersey and bring back live "Footage" of this Mythical Creature.

If we can't capture it on film, we surely will find evidence no matter what. In the mean time, I am going to post a website online that the Cryptozoology, or Jersey Devil fans can visit and read upon while they wait for this Documentary. It will happen, it's just a matter of time.

For now we want to build a huge fan base and have our community grow to witness this Documentation online. It's a year from now, but hey it will be worth the wait. The website is not complete yet as it's still being worked on. However, save this address to your broser because it will be complete soon.

Skepticals are welcome, fans are welcome, and people of all ages... Whether you believe it or not, there is something out there. Assailant Studios is going to discover the truth!

Check out our website at

Please have patience for the film, and our website. But it will be put online shortly. We are gearing up and getting prepared.

Thanks

Matt

Thank you for the link, this sounds interesting.

Thanks, and no problem... I knew UM would be a great place to post it. I been a member for over a year now, and wrote for UM on occasion. I am working hard on getting the website done. More than likely the Forums will get put online before the site is 100%

This Documentary is 100% serious... hopefully we'll get it out on schedule.

Spread the word!

Definitely because there are a lot of people interested in the mystery.
BigfootForever
yeah, it sounds awsome. the jersey devil is one of my favorite cryptids.
zoom7500
alien.gif is it really a devil or do you know.
Stalker

If they knew what it was, they wouldn't be going there, now would they?

Sounds quite interesting.
Agent. Mulder
its not exaclty a devil really, more of a monster/human/demon thing. there have been alot of different sightings or drawings. but like Stalker said, if they knew, then they wouldnt have to go there. but hopefully we'll get to see it now.

Most of the Pines where it (Jersey Devil / Bigfoot) roams is private property owned by the Ocean Spray Co-op so you better know someone. My suggestion is to contact the BFRO and contact Mike A. their Pine Barrens investigator who has connections. As for the J. Devil as it is described. I've lived here all my life and by profession I'm a farmer and hunting guide. He doesn't exist. It's just a Bigfoot.

Here is a back story on the Jersey Devil, for those un-familiar with the Myth...

As far as connections go, I have a few of my own in NJ, but appreciate the look out. At first I thought the Pine Barrens was not private property and more of a park or hunting ground?

I already know who to contact, and plan on contacting the town to get permission to film in there.

And btw... I will have our Forums up soon. So you all can be informed on current Documentary news and such. Plus participate in any reviews when our Documentary gets put online.

Thanks for your support guys...

Sweet, by the look of the site, no charges to view the material, just gets better. Best of luck

Ahhh, nah don't bother, it's just another bigfoot (Kidding - be great if that was the case though)

Just curious, why did you choose the Jersey Devil out of all possible cryptids?
Emcee
The Jersey Devil freaks me right out.
DamienPriest
Why choose the Jersey Devil out of many? One reason is, no one has ever done a full featured Documentary of this nature before and brought back any live footage on film. 2nd, it happens to be a Mystery that no one has found substantial evidence of. 3rd, it also is near where we live, and not far to travel to. Won't cost a huge amount of money.

However... if successfull, we could be doing other Mysteries later on.

I appreciate the support already... I just can't wait to make the trip out there myself. Our date is August just because its a time the crew can all go at once. That's why it won't be for a while but the website will keep you fans busy in the mean time.

You might want to contact 'Barnegat Light Press' at Buzbys General Store in Chatsworth. Marilyn, the owner is one of the most well respected folklorists in the Pines and writes the tourist panthlets. She is a wealth of info on the subject. Just say you know Rich, the Lenape tracker who takes the pictures for her and parks his horse behind the store.

That is 3 good reasons thumbsup.gif

When is the last sighting, I thought it had not been seen for about 2 years?

What time of year are the sighting the most frequent?

Hope you manage some footage, very cool to be the first, and a UM member at that grin2.gif

Why August? You should plan for next March or November. August is chigger (sand tick) season and it's hot, buggy and muggy. November is right between small game season and deer season so there is no hunters or bugs.

August seems feasible to the crew, seeing everyone has different work schedules and such. I'm a school bus driver by day, so I have time off when schools have their vacation time. I have more time on my hands than our other crew. It might be hot in August, but more like late August we are aiming for. Besides I got a wedding to attend around the 12th of August. I'm off in the last 3 weeks of August. This is the time off I have the most out of the entire year as well.

It's possible we could do it in April, but then it wouldnt happen till next April. While I am gathering info and intelligence for this expedition, my family is renovating the entire house this March and April, and I don't have any time off when April is over. I work the Summers too. Got to save that money for the expedition! wink2.gif

There is a vitamin of the B group called Lysine. It is actually a amino acid. They sell it at any pharmacy. It you take 3 every morning when your in the woods the bugs stay away. Those dosage actually depends on your body weight so experiment by taking one first. It works. I use it when I have to go into the swamps in the summer.
