A man who raped his three-year-old daughter and offered pictures on the internet received the longest prison sentence ever handed down in Hamilton County Thursday.

Paul Kraft got five life sentences and a 171 year sentence.

It took Hamilton County Judge Charles Kubicki more than ten minutes to read out the multiple sentences and their justifications in court.

Back in January, Judge Kubicki found Paul Kraft guilty of five counts of raping his own daughter and 12 counts of offering to put movies of the rapes out on the internet.

After labeling Paul Kraft a sexual predator the judge allowed Kraft to speak.

I saw that story as well. There was also a case with a 6 month old child as well last month. I actually think I threw up a bit in my mouth when I read them.

I believe 100% that she will indeed remember and have health problems associated with it that affects her whole life.

As for punishment; having him dead would probably make her and other victims like her content but personally, he should have this sexual member cut-off and then live the rest of his life behind bars...this way he can suffer more.

This is sickening how could he do this however i pray to god the girl will not remember anything of this sort and she hopefully won't remeber this sicko but i say he gets solatary confiment where he will go insane and die alone in a empty area just like his heart and brain

There are worse things than death.

I think once his inmates hear exactly what he did, he's going to have a very unhappy time in his new home. There is nothing that can happen in jail that will make him fully pay for what he's done, but I'm sure his new friends will make an attempt.

Well at least once his inmates find out whats he in for, his life will become a living hell and he will certainly get whats coming to him although it will just never be enough to make up for what he did!

At least he was stupid enough to get himself caught, although putting the pics up was vile. I just wonder how long he could have continued to torture his daughter if he had been just a wee bit smarter...

Was that the on eover in Englad? The baby was like 12 weeks old? The man involved was like 47 him and his girlfriend (who was a lot younger) was babysitting the wee babay? The sentences they got for that was disgraceful so many petitions were signed to make them get life.

It makes me sick that people can prey on something so vulnerable that can't so anything to protect themselves? What can a 3 year old do against a ully grown man? I hope he rots in hell. That's what anyone that hurts a child deserves. Although killing them isn't good enough they should be made to go to jail were they are seen as the lowest of the low (paedophiles and rapists are viewed in this manner in jails over here) and are put through a living hell.

these sorts of people cant spend long enough behind bars the thing that really gets to me is that here in the UK (not sure if its the same everywhere else) scum like this get special treatment when there behind bars ie. being seperated from the other prisoners to protect them, its said that it is their human rights, what rights do these people have after what they have done they should be put in mixed prisons and let them be treated how they deserve. Take for example ian huntley he raped murdered and burned the bodies of 2 young girls now he's in his on cell with a TV, DVD, Playstation his own ensuite toilet. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHANGED

This is a very disturbing thing. At first glance I thought that the death penalty would be more appropriate, but then I really thought about how much of a hell the guards and inmates will make his life. He will probably get killed in there, but even if he isn't, he has a life full of beatings and being the receipiant of sodomy from all of the "big" boys in cell block C to look forward to! "Lethal injection" would be to humane for him in all reality.

There's only one problem...... The working American citizen would have to pay for his expenses. Tax dollars are paid to keep him alive when that money could go to helping children in need.

Did you hear of the case (I believe it was last year, but it could have been the year before) where a Catholic priest was in solitary under protective custody for raping several young boys. Somehow a prisoner that was in jail for life without possiblity of parole got into his cell, wedged the door shut will a broomstick, and choked him to death with his bare hands. There is no safe place in prison, and I hope we find this out soon!

You make a good point, Baby D. I agree thoroughly that we spend too many tax dollars on maintaining scum like this. Now don't get me wrong, if somebody were to just put a bullet in his head, it would probably be the best solution all around. I'm just saying I prefer this to the "death penalty" where he would be on death row for 20 or 30 years (where the prisoner upkeep is about three times as much as general population and the lifestyle is actually better) while he chasing down all possiblities of an appeal, and if that day did finally come it would be a gentle death where he is slowly put to sleep while listing to Yanni. On second thought, the Yanni part might make it a bit more gruesome........

if you're still talking about ian huntley he's is actually on suicide watch as he's tried to kill himself a number of times so he's probably not, 'quite happy'. i think they should let the other prisoners deal with these kinda people! The deserve anything thats coming to them!
