in my opinon on these haunting shows they are usually (key word USUALLY)just some fake people trying to make money from TV.But then theres some where they are nothing but the truth example A Haunting In Georgia.now that story was nuthing but the truth.but when you watch those kind of shows it like you never think that would happen to you till its reality and it happens, you are haunted!!but you know what pisses me off is when people are not religiuos ....at all then they get haunted then all of a sudden its like 'oh you got to have faith in the lord he will help me get through this' if there is any religious people out there sorry but **** that if you are haunted turning to "the lord" is going to help.i think its BS that when someone is haunted they decide to "have faith in the good ol' lord" thats one thing that pissed me off about A Haunting In Georgia ...its like "Oh s*** our daughter is seeing spirits lets hurry get in the car an' go to church"i bet anyof you people anything that before little Heidi Wyrick started seeing spirits the family probably never ever had anything to do with religion but yeah lets turn to it now how bout that bottom line turning to nothing but faith when you are being haunted is a bunch of BS

no no, they didn't go to the priest because the girl was seeing ghosts, they went to the priest because of the demonic like prersence in the house that started scratching them. and i don't care what anyone says, the south *florida, georiga, mississippi, south carolina ect,* are all very deepy religious so chances are they probably were before hand. i believe she said the went to a new church because the priest at theirs wasn't helping. *though i could be getting it crossed with the other one.* most non religious people don't suddenly turn to god for answers and i'm pretty sure she also said her sister was very religious as well.

but what's the big deal if they do anyway? it's imo that people should be able to choose religion, whatever it may be to them, at any given moment without persicution. and please don't take this the wrong way, but it kind of sounds like your trying to bash people who are.

I think this show was great. It was on the other night so I double checked on the church. They went to the church for help after they started being attacked with being scratched.

I've seen three or four of the programs so far.
A haunting in georgia, "Hell house" and another one yesterday. (think I forgot one too)

The only gripe I have is that they all seem to follow the same pattern:
Intro - New family moves into a old house - mother/daughter notice things - noone wants to talk about it - things get worse - kids are scared - family calls ghost hunters - ghost hunters find "weird things - family calls priest - priest fail to exorcise the spirit - blabla - blabla - house is still haunted, but not as bad as before - end credits

I want to know if the show is true. I also love the girl who the story is about. she is so strong-headed.

Heidi, yeah, that's her name. I think she is a wonderful person. It seems she put up with alot. I guess her whole family did, but it seems harder to deal with when you are a child.

EXACTLY a**A_9!

This is PRECISELY the point that I was trying to make in the "Proof The Most Haunted Is Set Up" thread.

However, trust me,,,they aren't "TRYING" to make money doing this,,,THEY ARE making it truckloads! Some of these people will probably make more at this than you or I will ever see in our lifetimes!!!

As you know, I am in The Entertainment Industry, I'm an insider, I know how this stuff works. These people, especially the ones doing "Ghoster Hunters" and "Most Haunted" are primarily just performers. They may call themselves Mediums, Psychics, Parapsychologists, Plumbers laugh.gif or whatever else, but they're in front of cameras, underneath boom mics and they are making a couple of hit cable television series. These guys and gals know what they are doing and they know that they must make every show a good show or else they'll be nothing more than a distant memory in the minds a few of their viewers. I know these cable networks and if these people don't produce compelling shows each week, these Cable Networks that broadcast these series will drop them like a bad habit.

BTW, these shows have Producers, Directors, and even Writers to one degree or another, they ARE NOT doing a Reality Show and they're NOT doing Documentaries! In truth, they are doing simple Entertainment T.V. Shows!

Take my word for it,,,they ARE B.S., but this "B.S." is full of gold!
