This thread idea is just bad... but Ima go ahead with it anyhow.

What do you folks do when you're nervous or excited? I have this weird thing I do where I link my fingers and flap my hands, and I pace a lot.

Wait's for imminent thread death.
Glacies
I talk to myself, often...very often...don't twitch much though...
ShaunZero
I talk to myself as if I'm another person at times, lol.

When playing a video game and getting really into it, when I have time, I take my hands off the control and bend my fingers in odd ways, as if trying to crack them without using the other hand.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who talks to themselves. tongue.gif

When I'm nervous, I tend to cross my arms and tap my fingers fast on the opposite arm. I've been told that my eyes flick all over the place too. I also mime songs to myself (not including the actions, lol - that would look kind of funny).
ABOTU
It's not when I'm nervous, just more out of boredom. My leg twitches. I've had people lean over and say "Can you stop, you're shaking the table". Yah it's pretty bad
_Nyx_
I don't think I have any ticks or twitches....but when I'm in an agitated state of mind, I chain smoke....

Wow...you must be really flexible, because whenever I try I pull my back out...

What do I do when I'm nervous? I get bloated and farty, which usually leads to some explosive diarrhea.

What do I do when I'm excited? Oh nothing whistling2.gif
star_child
I play with my heart and my hair. Heart necklace, I mean tongue.gif

Wow! I guess you haven't eaten your fingers yet, seeing as you're still able to type, lol?
Purplos
I begin to very quickly run a finger over each eyebrow, from the center out, as if I'm pushing hair off of my forehead. I've been told by some that I might do it twenty times in a row sometimes.

It's my cue to go have a cigarette already.
chunga
When life gets to moving too fast, I get a twitch/tick in the muscle in the corner of my left eye and sometimes if the s*** hit's the fan too much my left thigh muscle on the back twitches for a few days.
I guess you could consider it phychological epilepsy in a way.

I once heard that taking calcium supplements is a good way to control nervous muscle twitches.
strangebutsmart
