A group of young college women went to Florida for spring break. While there, one of them met the perfect man and fell madly in love. By the end of the week they were engaged but when spring break ended the girl had to fly home.

When they were saying goodbye at the airport, the man gave her a ring box in which she assumed was an engagement ring. When she got home, she excitedly told her family and friends all about "Mr. wonderful", and with them gathered around her she opened the ring box, which contained a toy skeleton and a piece of paper which said "Welcome to the world of AIDS."

heh i think thats a load of crap 1.because my health teacher told us a similar story in class but said it was a student from our school that went to florida or something and met a girl might of been other way around and anyway same letter in the box... its a load of crap.... the story not the AIDS

I have heard of people intentionally giving there partners AIDS. I'm not sure about that story but it wouldn't surprise me if its true.

Yeah I also heard this story when ever I go camping or even in school, it actually amazes me

I've heard that because it's big around here. High school kids tell each other how there's a girl who will pretend to be in love with you only to give you AIDS and another how a crazy guy runs around town naked, raping people and also giving them AIDS.
