is there any way to bring on spirits by just saying a few words

what im really looking for is just to see or hear somthing on tape or camera

me and a few mates are heading to the old hospital tonight for a few hours and it would be really good if we could get anything on tape as we will be taking 4 cams and two tape recorders


one cam set up in a room alone and none of us will be going into that room untill we leave


any ideas on anything to say or do that can bring on spirits or ghosts

I've heard of people having experiances by just talking to spirits they think might be there. Just try calling out to them and telling tham you're friendly. Ask if they'll give you any signs. Be carefulk tho, ghosts arent always that nice no matter how nice you intend to be.

I've done this before (except not in a hospital) yep all you need to do is start talking like you would if they were standing right necxt to you. ask questions like"what is your name?" etc. have a friendly nature and they wont be so hostile to you back(however you will all ways get the ones who are gunna be nasty no matter what ) Good Luck!

Usually you just ask aloud if anyone is there from the spirit world that would like to communicate with you...

At least that's how they do it on "Most Haunted."
