ok so next year ive already decided to take photography and photo journalism, but i was wondering what would be a good inexpensive yet nice and reliable camera to get? ive found a new interest in photography so ill need a camera thatll last me quite a while. thanks for any help.

That depends on what sort of camera you need. The cheapest thing to do is go to a reputable second hand store and pick up a good quality second hand SLR, take it to camer shop and get them to service it and make sure its all good and ur set for film photgraphy. If u get an entirely manual one, not one with all these LCD screens and stuff and you take care if it it will last for years.
