I was pondering spirituality now days. Why is it that seems that "spirituality" is such a fashion statement now days? I mean what do you think the people that "jump on the band wagon" all the time actually stand for?? Not to be judging others, but it scares me to think that people can change their belief system just because it is popular.

I hate people who jump on the bandwagon...a.k.a. sheep. They do what there told and ask no questions. If it was cool to believe in aliens then everyone would...

What really breaks my heart is when people spend alot of money to "dress the part". And when a true seeker comes to them for advise or help, then they give them false info or turn their heads. I don't think you need to dress the part, acutally the ones that don't flaunt it are usually the ones true to heart. Am I right????

I can't stand them faggy people who have to do there hair and there clothes aarrrghhh so annoying and shallow that they have to cover up to actually feel like there someone...god I hate this world.

The funny thing is that I have some people I know causally, and when you see them with their "other" friends, well..you can only guess that they are completely different people.

I went to the mall the other day (ONLY because I had to go to Sears for a tool.), I could not believe all the "plastic people" wlking around. I almost felt like I was in a factory or something.

I know exactly what you mean they all think there some special and better than everyone, but there just grasping onto a life they have created for themselves...and know nothing about the REAL world. People who act different with there 'cool' friends are usually the people I tend to get into arguments with alot because they just f*** me off.

True spirituality is peace with yourself and the connection you make with the unseen force.
Jumping on the band wagon is yearning for acceptance, unsure of ones' own self.

So true buddy, so true. I hope that the seekers out there will say a prayer and open there eyes before searching for their bliss. I have found a few toads myself on the way to the garden of enchantment.

I think it is a matter of believing one need hold to something in order to explain one's existence here.

Atheists believe there is nothing super-natural in process of creating all they are part of, yet they exist to form that opinion. Agnosticism holds to being non-committal about the existence, or not, of a higher power. Denominational theists hold to the same basic tenets; a higher power, anthropomorphic or otherwise, called "god" created all. Theistic realism espouses a philosophy of intelligent design. Not so much claiming it's title as "god", but likened unto those qualities that afford "something" choosing to manifest all reality as we know it. (Which is certainly proven in one respect given a semblance of intelligence posited the hypothesis wink2.gif )

Regardless, everyone holds to some form of faith in the causative factor(s) for genesis, particularly with respect to mortal genesis. And, imho, for as long as we live we shall continue to live and die in that faith, (Even Atheism is a faith, by definition. i.e. The absence of belief in god(s) necessarily implies a faith that there can be no such thing, when disavowing that which is incorporeal spirit . )

Therefore, imho, the answer to: "What will happen in the future?" For a fact, we shall all surely die.
And in our wake, others shall live. But that after thought shall no longer matter because we no longer do.
