What is up with the peoples renaming the Cookie Monster to name him the Fruit and Vegetable Monster. Its againt the Seasame Street Religion. I am going to patition because its stupid. Whats next the Grouch is going to be the Unhappy One Who lives in the Dipossable Waste Can. I mean come on people please. They are taking away the whole fun in childhood thing this is just sad.

It's political correctness gone mad. It's just like children not being able to sit on Santas knee. It's crazy 
Another example of political correctness gone mad, is that fact that we hae these tree things here. They usually get called Black Boys, because their trunks are black. Now we have to call the Grass Trees because 'Black Boy' could be offensive

LOL I heard about this, but was not sure.Since I have not watched the show in years. But I do remember someone on the internet mentioning this before. I do think it's pretty dumb to change the names though.
i mean, when he eats cookies, they go all crumbly and come back out his mouth!

I wonder if they will change it to "transparent" sheep, so it doesn't offend homosexuals.

As for cookie monster, this is sad. The junk food was the good part.

I love the Cookie Monster too, I always have. Its so funny when he eats his cookies. I still watch Seasame Street(but thats just cause Im weird like that). I vote that we all dont change his name and just keep calling him the Cookie Monster. To stick it too the man and his politically correctness.
