Maybe your police department can help you, people in the dead of night looking thru your window, is commonly known as snooping, and the people are called peeping toms, i suggest you keep your underpants on. Call 911 (or emergency services number in your area) have them removed simple. If not and you seems to think you have vampires, hanging around out side your house then i suggest you visit your local doctor, get some tablets for those nasty voices. failing that buy shares in a french garlic company, if your paranoid enough...
