i belive in god but have you noticed its harder for people now because of science whihc says it can prove this and that.

most people say seeing is beliving but i don't i belive like i belvie in ghosts.

just because we can't see god doesn't mean he is not there.

i don't go to church but this is what i belive but why do some people find it so hard to belive

so do you belive or do you have to see it to belive it

I think it is more people are getting away from dogmatic religions and finding thier own way.

Please, learn to make sentences. I beg humbly for you to use the Shift buttons to use capital letters at the beginning of sentences. Bad punctuation and grammar makes kittens cry. crying.gif

I think that most people are seeing that rituals and ceremonies are necesarry, and that they don't need to join 'clubs' to validate their beliefs. Because of the computer age and the advent of the internet, people are more interested than ever in being individuals and realise that they don't need to conform to the preconcieved norm around themselves.

I believe that some people find the ideas surrounding religion to be outmoded. It's not so much that they don't believe in God, it's just some of the practices do not apply to today's times in my opinion.

Does it really matter? Since when is this an english lesson? As long as you can make out what she is saying, that's what matters, there is no need for the nit picking surely? Especially when you yourself spelt the words...... necessary preconceived & realize wrong happy.gif Throwing stones at glass houses ??? Remember I before E except after C whistling2.gif

Well, I myself believe in god, and I'd say that that belief is quite strong, especially for someone like me who has no set religion.

But I'm in no way religous, no... I don't attend mass, or church, haven't had my first comunion... only been baptized...

But I suppose non-religous believers like me are a result of two people from two religions having kids.
Example:
My mom is Greek Orthodox and my dad is... I dunno... Catholic or Christian... not sure...

I agree totally. That's how it is for me. I have no label for my faith, I pick and choose what resonates for me. What feels right to me.
