Ahhh Frankie Muniz's big horror debut blink.gif

Looks pretty weak to me and sounds like the plot of an episode of 'Goosebumps' or 'are you afraid of the dark?'

Add to that the PG-13 rating (I'm not too up on America's classification system but I'm guessing that's pretty weak) and I think I'll wait for a rental

I want to see it too. I'll prolly wait until it comes on the cheap theatre. Any movie that has people climbing on the walls is a must see for me. The more possessed or bug like a person acts in a movie the more I want to see it. I think it's a rule somewhere.....

I was really looking forward to this...but when I heard the PG-13 rating, it really turned me off. Movies like this are meant to be bloody and violent, not crappy and watered down.
AnuKabal
why would they make a horror movie that pg-13
coldethyl
Yeah, I've seen a lot of PG-13 movies lately that I thought would have had an R rating. I guess it just tells us it's more about the scare and suspense than about the gore. I like both personally. Usually for my gore, I go for the unrated dvd versions! Those usually are best!
Graylady
so anybody saw the movie yet..???

Glacies
no, though as the pg13 rating is there, i'm not sure if i will, like previous posters have mentioned, it needs to be scary, and that's hard to do with a pg13 rating...I might just though. hmm.gif

So Frankie Muniz's fans can go see him in action.

I actually loved this movie overall..not saying it was WOW...The movie was totally different...RECOMMENDED ONLY FOR THE GAMERS...

I wanna see this one as well..... I really don't mind that it is PG-13. In fact, some of the scariest movies I have seen have been PG-13. It doesn't need to be graphic to be a good movie......

But it sure does make it a hell of a lot better. Very few of the PG-13 horror movies are scary. I think that in R-rated ones, part of the scariness and intesity is waiting to see what will happen to a person and how it will look, rather than just waiting to see what will happen to the person....and then never actually seeing it.
amybutts
You have a point..... but I am the one that is always covering my eyes....Well, except when Paris Hilton got it in House of Wax. w00t.gif I'd been waiting for that one for awhile.....

that gilr thats in it is also one of the co-stars on the WB hit serios, one tree hill, so not only do they have the girls who love frankie muniz going to see this, they got the one tree hill fans as well

the pg-13 rating, kinda goes with the theme of the movie though anyways...its a horror movie based on playing video games...id say the majority of the video game players are going to be under 17 years old anyways
Graylady
Actually I recommend everyone to watch it on DVD since its not scary at all but fun....
