I used to expiriance this alot about 2 yrs ago.
here this is whats it is like and btw when this finishes its very hard to recall but i got it down now.

i was half awake and half asleep ( more awake ) and there are to lines, one red one blue and a red dot on the blue and blue dot on the red, they make a shape like this <> joining.
and i would be the red dot and my family/ lfe would be the other, not when these dots move i have a TREMENDOS feeling of being far away and loney so much so that i cry and scream in my mind uncrollable, but when they come closer i feel "here" and safe. Its so strage and i have had this when other people were in my bed with me. I canb only describe as much as i have because it was so bizaar. Hase enyone had this befor ? or similar feelings ?

Could be you are developing lucid dreaming.
Might be a good idea to read up on it.

Lucid dreaming ? well i do relise when i am dreaming and when i do its fun coz i can fly and jump around and stuff ! ill look into it.

Is lucid dreaming concidered and "abillity" ? because i say to my self this cant be real, usualy becuase what i am dreaming is a load of bull, and when i do i can have fun but it fades out soon after.
