hahah i've been really enthusiastic for this movie for months.

I can only see this movie being loaded with action; Jackson going insane and pulverizing snakes, and maybe a plane crash scene.

Essentially, Snakes on a plane is the biggest inside joke in the history of the world. I can't wait to see developments over the next few weeks. I'm sure you've all seen the promos;

"Pirates rule the seas...
...Snakes rule the skies!"

"I gotta get these mother$?!&ing snakes off this god damn plane!!"

Of course, that's what makes it so freaking awesome. The fact that they've actually done something as silly as this, and somehow created a cult flick before it's even released in the cinema.
Two more weeks! I'm so friggin pumped hahah.

Anyways, I'm so excited for this movie. I'll be there opening night (hopefully). I may even request off work. This might be a movie where I actually have to pre-order tickets.

Seems like a very interesting movie, but the title just sucks. I mean couldn't you think of a better movie title. Is this movie a remake, because I swear I saw movie similiar to the plot of this current movie. I must be imagining things..///

Is S. Jackson's character a civilian, or does he have the authority--but not the uniform?--to carry a weapon onboard an aeroplane?

^ He is some sort of agent maybe FBI or a Super Duper Elite Secret Agent It would of been cool if he was just so bad ass he can just walk on a plane with a gun.

That was originally only the working title, the real title was Pacific Air Flight 121 (or something like that) but they changed it back because the fans and Jackson demanded 'SNAKES ON A PLANE!'. The title is the best thing about it. Its tells you exactly what your getting. If it didn't have that cheesy 1950's B-movie title it wouldn't have half the attention its getting.

My opinion about this movie has changed. After seeing a couple different trailers the movie doesn't seem as good anymore. Just another pretty bad movie with snakes.

That's what it was from the start.
It's a running joke people, not serious. It's not an action thriller with insane special effects that's going to win oscars. It's a cheese fest.

I went to a midnight showing last night. I can say that I was not dissapointed at all. The movie was hilarious, violent, and very cheesy, but in such a great way it had me entertained throughout, lauging most of the time. Sam Jackson is the ultimate BAMF. "Snakes" definately lived up to it's hype. Shouldn't be long before the sequel is announced. GO SEE THIS NOW!

We're gonna toss them around the theatre, especially at people who are perhaps actually jumping at the screen or who are visibly squimish of the snakes on the screen. hahaha, how cool would it be for them to suddenly have this (fake) snake land on your shoulder during this movie!? haha, my friend did that with Aliens vs Predator. He had a mini-Alien tied to a string hanging off a stick and just dangled it infront of random victims viewers at opportune moments.

Saw it last night. I LOVED it.

I think this is one of the first movies I saw in awhile that I can say I had fun watching. It was just so entertaining. You have to go into this movie with the mindset of just watching a funny entertaining action movie and you will love it.

"Thats IT! I've had it with these MOTHER FU**ING snakes on this MOTHER FU**ING Plane!!"

Everyone I know who's seen it loved it. The only bad thing I've heard about it was a Movie Reviewer in a Paper who gave it 2 stars out of 5 and described it as 'new levels of crap, only enjoyable to the most idiotic of movie goers' ... what an ass.
