Its hard to believe but if you learn how to AP and have a OBE you can actually interact with different types of spirits or non human beings.... Again it sounds crazy but everything is made up of a type of energy and when you can control your own its really an experience.

Maybe you stated this already, you are knowledgable with this stuff, but do you actually see it yourself?

i dont know about animals, but i have two spirit guides, a man and a woman, i dont really have names for them, but i usually call the female elizabeth

I think I sorta have a guardian something.

The time I rolled down some rocks and cracked my head open - long story which I guess I could write in a blog. But to cut it short:

I blacked out, rolled down some cobble/rocks and cracked my head open. I was out for about 10 mins. Apparently my lips went blue and I was told it looked like I was dead. Perhaps something/one decided to save me?

Yes you can with the first level of AP, the first level is the earthly plane. Everything is what you would see it as you do now, some things like doors and stuff around the house might be in different places. When you can control what you are doing is when you can actuall travel to different planes where you will have contact with different uneartly entitys....

How come spirit guides talk to some and not others. People who are not even expecting it they are the stronger ones? They are the ones who can handle it better? Is this correct?

Not sure, there are certain relaxed states your mind has to be in, in order to be able to have that type of contact.
Just like the fact most people are not aware they have had an OBE when in reality you might have one every night...

I've heard of this relaxed state, but when I'm perfectly aware that I'm relaxed and want to connect to my spirit guide I don't understand why they don't try to communicate then. I sometimes wonder if I were to hear their voice if I would regret wanting to know though.

Maybe that is why I am not ready to hear them. They know they will scare me.

I only have a human spirit guide and I am Related to him. He is my (when he died) 3 1/2 yr old brither ( who died before I was born and the reason for my birth) and I have, as well as some ex-girlfriends, seen how he works.

Thats just the beginning step, you have to be on the Astral Plane b4 you hear or see anything or anybody....

Being in the relaxed state and meditating is just a step ladder to haveing an OBE and encountering entitys from the Astral Plane.

Everybody has one and one day you'll find out. I don't think its something you do just to do or meet cause you want to...
