Has anyone else been watching any of these specials on the Discovery Channel? I think they're imported from the UK. They're pretty entertaining, though they don't seem to take the subject matter very seriously.

No we look at the Ufo/alien subject in a different angle and we do take the whole subject very seriously..? We just dont have a shoot to kill policy..!!!

I wasn't speaking about the UK in general, just the specials. They definatly have a tongue in cheek angle from what I've seen.

And how can you be so sure what your government's UFO policies are?

I have seen two epsiodes. First they present the claims, then they debunk them with the truth. That is what many folks in here do not like about the show, I think.

can't say i've had the pleasure of viewing it, though it looks like a decent way to pass the time.

More than likely they debunk them with what they think is the truth.

You know, excuses like: Swamp gas, Oil Rigs(Proven a false claim recently), etc....
