Please leave your thoughts or possible explinations...heres my story
It was about 7:00 p.m practicly dark when me and my friend decided to go to the local park, just ur normal everyday park, when my friend found a tennise ball with its logo of the company crossed out with 3 X's we thought it was normal so we just kept walking when all of the sudden this 6 year old girl or it could have been a dwarf asked me to come read a note, when i read the note it was a detailed map with a drawing and very good looking cursive writing i thought these 2 girls could possibly have drawn this for thier age (thier were 2 of them) the map said to go to another park not that far away from thier to find the "treasure" i didnt know what it was but the girl was holding my sleeve and was very seriously commanding me to find this treasure and told me to bring it back to them and if we didnt find it she would KILL ME AND MY FRIEND, i noticed they tied all sorts of red ribbons on the playground for some reason, so me and my friend thought they were just messed up 5 year olds on crack so we just left (i didnt feel very threatened knowing i had a knife in my pocket its just for protection haha) we finally decided to see if they were still at the park we were a bit shaken up tho because i noticed that the little girl had red stuff all over her mouth like blood, so we watched from a distance away hiding behind bushes till we noticed theywere carrying something and looked like they were eating something till they saw us, we ran terrified as fast as we could back to my house then my other friend came so thier being 3 of us we had the balls to go back to the park and see if theywere still thier this was about 10 mins later when we got thier everything was gone even the ribbons, we decided to just keep going till we got to a highway about 2 miles or so away when we found another tieenise ball with 3 xs on it again we were scared sh**less as thier was 3 of us and 3 X's
wtf could this have been our imagineation or just really f'ed up kids

I had 1 because we were goin to some woods nearby and just incase i had it, thiers been coyote sightings

wwow that creeps me out just by reading it. you should of went to the other park just tosee if their was trasure there.

1. where was this
2.what year
3. carry a larger knife with you next time
4.try to get some background on the area and see if anything unusal has happened, meybe even place camera's around.

I think that cartoons are less far fetched than this tall tale. Youre either full of s*$t or have a problem with LSD.

But the story was, pretty convincing. I can just imagine something like that happening to me. Just strange weird things like this that keep you thinking for a while about it.

The strangest this about the story (to me) is that two 6 year old girls would be alone in a park at night. I've never seen that.

thats a weird story and kinda scarey it could have happened though I've had weird expeiriences just nothing like that hmmm. well I believe you I just have no idea what could explain this.

Why would he/she be stupid to carry a knife?

I know I do every now and then.

Drunks are always roaming the streets here, half of them do crack and other heavy drugs. I don't want to come across one of them. In case I do, I will have a knife ready.

When I was in Basic Training many years ago we practiced Hand to Hand and Knife skills. My Drill Sergeant told me after that If I carried a knife for protection I should have good health insurance. Because some one was going to take the knife away and stuff it up my bum's so that it needed to be Surgically Removed.

I dont carry one!

If you are going somewhere that you think you will need a weapon you should ask yourself why you are going there in the first place.

thanks for getting back to the point. Well i walk around beating little children up now and then , all you need to do is kick'em, but hell if i saw that i would get near them, there is nothing that scares me more than lil creepy children. *hopes know on will take that seriosly*

Definalty wierd. Still my guess is it was probably just one of those wierd things that happen in life. But what were they eating? Those kids definalyt need to be dtained or something because that is just strange beyond all strangeness .

I think what angrdrgz meant was; he shouldn't be carrying a knife if he's freaking out over two young girls eating jam sandwiches while dropping tennis balls.

I’m not against the notion of arming yourself but a degree of intelligence must be used.
Also bear in mind 80% of people who carry a knife, have that knife used against them.

okay, a few questions for you:

1. are you sure it was not just a dream?
2. have you talked to your friends about the incident since then?
3. were you doing any kind of drugs or did you have any alcohol in your system?

the only thing that stuck me about this story was that it was too weird to be one that someone just made up off the top of their head... so either it was the product of some very... drug-induced minds... or it's actually true, in my opinion.

and nothing's wrong with carrying a knife. i carry one at all times (just a little pocket knife). i guess i'm extra careful, since i'm a girl and stand a better chance of getting attacked than a guy would. but pocket knives come in handy quite a bit. lots of people carry them.

Supervised scavenger hunt likely. You probably scared them and their parents as well when you hid in the bushes to watch.
I wish I could have watched all of ya all watching each other. Funny.
