Dear People:

Has anyone read about the Oregon couple, who apparently went missing once? News of today states that this same couple is missing again. Does anyone know anything about this? Who is the couple, when did they go missing the first time? Why are they missing now.

The first time they went missing, the family was on their way to the beach and got caught off the road in a snow drift, they survived in the snow drift for two weeks on what was in the RV they had rented, then when they heard on the radio that search teams were being called back in, they decided to go out and look for help, which they eventually found and were taken back to town and everyhting was OK. It turns out that the dad was wanted on drug and weapons charges in Arizona, so some guys came up to get him and when they got to the house the whole fmaily was gone, nobody knows where they are.

I dont think that people going missing is always something sinister. I am a missing person as a few years ago I walked out of my house and never went back, left all my friends and family behind and started a different life, new area, new name, no links to my past. Its very hard and causes me problems all the time but because of the bad time I was having in my old life I was forced to do it.

Well....why did you go missing? You've got to explain! Does your family assume you're dead?

Well the warrant for the arrest makes it pretty clear that these folks are trying to get away, and they were last seen heading towards Canada...Make of that what you will...

I bet the police that worked very hard to find these folks and letting them go feels bad now...

i saw this one the news the other day and i was wondering about that too.

They found them again, dad's going to court, awaiting trial for methamphetamine and weapon charges in Arizona, bail is at $25,000.

Exactly.... I'm sure the guy isn't a complete idiot (notice I said complete). He had to of known with all the publicity that it was very likely they were going to discover he was wanted and I doubt he would stick around and wait to be arrested.
