Mind control? Do you mean Phsycic techniques (or something similar) or simple propaganda? If you mean phsycic stuff, give us some examples and it might be a bit more convincing. If you mean propaganda, yeah, that's been going on for aaagggggeeeeessss!

OK - so i dont have a clue what this thread was truely about .... but I may have information that fits here anyway.

these both documents go into some details of what the Soviets got up to since the start of the 20th century in the aid of mind control research.
