Amaru
Hi i thought i would share this with people because it leaves me a little confused.

One Night i whent to bed at about 11.30ish after switching my computer and tv off
i must of woke at about 2.30ish whith a feeling somone was in the room with me as i opened my eyes there was a figure stood by my bed imidiatly i thought it was my brother or my dad so i called out "what are you doing in here" there was no reply but it seemed to move all i could make out was a shadowy figure that was kind of swirling around. i was a little freaked out by this so i switched the light on and nothing was there.

i told a couple of friends and my parenantsd what i had seen the night before
this is the sort of time somthing like this has happened to me. they all suggested that what i saw could of had somthing to do with the computer and tv maybe causing some kind of static electric interferance that caused me to see this if you know what i mean.

does this make any sense to anyone please help. dontgetit.gif
Daring Souls
No history of this within the home/living quarters?

How about other things sort of odd happening around the place? Anything?

Well you woke up in the middle of the night so I guess there is the possibility that you just weren't totally awake.

hey Amaru,

try and rethink that account again.does that figure resemble anyone you knew before? (sorry but like...dead friend or whoever?if so,big possibility it's just visiting you or trying to tell you something) it could be a spirit just passing-by though.heard quite a number of this cases amongst people around here too.
but there's of course a possibility of a mistake here.maybe it's some shadow that you're hallucinating right after you woke up,like someone from your dream?
keep us updated original.gif

P.S.: i do lots of TV and com stuff right before i go to bed too, never had this experience though dontgetit.gif

That is because those things deaden brain cell activity...and actually prematurely releases levels of serotonin causing you to (over time) have a dead like sleep.

sorry, too much info?

I think you have that backwards Daring Souls. The more time you spend in front of a monitor or tv...especially at night...the less melatonin your body produces. This leads to insomnia, since melatonin is what triggers your need to sleep.
