I don't know if anyone's seen this yet but if it's not a hoax then here's your smoking gun!
http://www.lookatentertainment.com/v/v-1783.htm

From what I understand, a video like this hard to produce with c.g.i. because of the zooming in and out, and panning left and right. The correct proportions of the UFO as zoomed in and out on are difficult to acheive with a computer. Has this video been scrutinized by any experts yet? I'd love to know the results!

....gotta say, that looks real...I doubt you could replicate an object going so slowly and then blasting off the screen so fast...
strangebutsmart
The object looks fake, but it is impossible to replicate the movement, and speed,
so, I'm not sure.
antigravity
The problem with getting too excited about these videos is that so much can be done a computer these days. You hate to get duped.
Psychokinesis
Some of the camera work makes it look set up...how did the guy know to zoom out just seconds before the thing sped away? Fits into the idea of a hoax to make it look as realistic as possible...

Then again, I don't know, can't settle on a definitive side with this thing..
antigravity
I'd be crapping my pants if I was video taping that thing at such a close range, how come the camera doesn't shake at all?

.this video was posted in here before...someone actually proved it thats 100% fake(i mean the whole thing)...

I don't mean to pick on you particularly, but I see statements like that a lot. "It was proved fake", "It's already been proven to be a hoax", "That was debunked a long time ago".

My problem is people making these statements never offer any proof that it was fake, hoax, debunked.

Best I can tell those claims are hearsay that get repeated as proof of fact. We never get the proof and the so called facts are never backed up, ever, or so it seems. No?

Fishing rod dangles twisted line from appartment above, line is removed in Mokey or other s/w. A couple of seconds before it whiizzes right, a definite pull to the left can be seen to get the necessary 'torque' before being pulled sharply right.

Or: green screened and tracked.
The object is rather blocky which tell me that the green screen overspill has been heavily masked to remove the tell-tale green glow. Using 'amateur' s/w it was photographed then mapped onto the chromakeyed 'tracked' object then composited onto the background, simple really.
It amazes me that we don't believe 'star wars' because it cost millions of dollars to make but when something looks 'home-made' we look at it creduously. Great movie though i enjoy these hoaxes very much. Unless of course it's real...hayalp!!
Rods anyone?

SecondHeartbeat
looks cool, don't knwo if its real or not, could be just coincidence that the dude zoomedout at the right time?or it could just all be planned, still, sitting on the fence on this one
CryptoRay
If it's real, then that thing just went from 0 to 1000 mph in less than a second. blink.gif How could something move so fast without the occupants inside getting crushed by the pressure? huh.gif

It must be true, i saw it with my own eyes! It was there then it zoomed off at incredible speed that would crush any known life form. And anyway why would anyone lie about these things????? innocent.gif

Tongue bursting out of cheek!

How do you work that one out? And the other remark about being attached to a rod and yanked right. You would never in a million years get it so smooth that way. And again about being crushed at that sort of acceleration. Again, you are basing that statement on the beings being Homo Sapien. You are using OUR technology to formulate your opions, but the technology (given that this is real of course) is not ours. We dont know half as much as we think we do. Christ, only a 103 years ago we got off the ground at Kittyhawk! thats a drop in the ocean in time and we dont know anything yet. (except for hot air balloons, of course)
I dont know if its real or fake, but i wish the people that say it is fake would come up with some explanation of their statement.

Not a bad video, but why is it every time someone finds a UFO and captures it on film nobody can ever hold a camera still?

If I caught something on camera like that, I'd try and stay as still as possible unless the UFO was flying crazy making it impossible to keep on it, but this UFO is hovering then it speeds away. I hate to say this, but yeah the UFO itself does a little fake. They do have flying remote UFO's now like model airplanes and such. Someone could of made the UFO seem like it flew away fast by skipping frames in the film.

With the skipping of the frames will make it seem like it wasn't there if they put in a frame with it not in the picture at all. It can be duped.

Any UFO sighting can be easily hoaxed now a days, and it's hard for evidence to make anything seem real anymore.

What I would do is find out the source of the video to see if the person doing the filming has any video experience that could lead to any possible signs of a hoax. Have someone analyze the film as well before saying it has the potential to be a real UFO.

Just my suggestion...

Looked freaky to me, all I know is I would be shooting at the damn thing to get proof there was something in it ! laugh.gif

The zooming can easily be explained by the fact that this could just be taken with a still camera, then the zooming done in the editing stage on a computer. Looks good but the 'saucer' seems to be a bit unstable...
Look closely and theres a white haze around the object, could have been keyed?
magnetar
the most amusing ufo videos...entertainment IMO

as far as antigravity's video...that is pretty amazing. But I agree, why is that everytime someone has a video of something the camera is never still...? BUT, as much as it does look fake, there's still possibility.

louie could be on to something because the video is said to be from bulgaria. Try to remember where you heard that this was a hoax, i'd like to get to the bottom of this.

Damn, got all excited over this one, it has been doing the rounds now for roughly six months that I know of.
I have not seen it professionally debunked, but in another forum I ended up in chasing this very clip, a very astute fellow explained the entire process being done in CGI. It apparently explains the blurry outline 100%, despite all the silly theories of anti-gravity machines, cloaking devices and anything else anyone could make up on the spot. He had it well explained, shame, this looks quite excellent. Unfortunately, not real though.

don't know of it being scrutinized, but the pixellation was too much for many to swallow last time it was shown on this sight (myself included).
