It's a terrible habit. I wish I'd never started, but a pack a day for the last eleven years and here I am- a nicotine junkie. It's been about a month now off the butts and I feel alot better already! Not an hour goes by though that I don't long for my old friends "the ghetto sticks". Truth be told I have bummed a total of 3 cigarettes off my boss during these difficult times, but let it known that this is no forced habit.

I really do love smoking, all kinds of things... when I inhale and my lungs get full of smoke (whatever kind) I'm just all "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"... long as it's not a strong poison or something... like I liked breathing burning plastic but it made me sick. but like incense or whatever, watch the colitas waft into the nostril as I say "mmmmmmmmmmm"

I LOVE the smell of gasoline. I swear I think I'm the only one. ugh!

Oddly enough, I like the smell of gasoline because it reminds me of a trip to West Virginia in the camper when I was three. Why I make that association, I'm not sure, maybe because we were always stopping for gas. But every time I smell gasoline, I vividly recall impressions from that trip, as well as some specific memories. It was a good vacation, and that smell makes me instantly there again.

My new scent-love is a Vanilla Lime lotion I found at the dollar store of all places. I love lime.

Yep - all the way from England! Guess it's a bit of an addiction of mine... as well as the body writing with ink, etc, I'm a huge fan of body painting too... hence my website www.bodypainting.co.uk - I also started work on a body writing one, www.bodywriting.com/ but never got that far with it - perhaps I need new inspiration??? I guess writing on people is still more of a niche than body painting itself...

Craft stores, although I don't do crafts (with the exception of a little beading now and again).
I love new ballpoint pens and trying out all the pen testers at office suppy stores
I love doing dishes and ironing (shhhh, don't tell ANYONE)
I love sleeping on the sofa with the TV on but almost never do it. It's a treat.

Whenever I visit a strange city I like to watch the local news.

I don't know why exactly, like I just wanna see how they do it.

Like I want to see if they have a whole different approach to doing the weather or something.

I always want to see the news

oh and the cartoons in the morning, I've always believed in some way that other cities had some really cool cartoons that they weren't sharing.

So far it's just been the same crap though

Bad habits or secret loves? One in the same for me. For some reason I have always loved to scratch my scabs off. I know, that is wretched and twisted... Cannot help myself though. I get a strange pleasure out of it.

My secret loves are chocolate, body lotion, and lip chap.

aussie v8 supercars. got to do 8 laps in one for my birthday. i'll tell you what these things handle well and absolutely fly down the straights!

1) Curled up in front of a warm fireplace, with a great romance novel and a bunch of soft purring cats surrounding me!
2) Going through an attic filled with old and beautiful stuff, and readind articals in old news papers and magazines, as well as looking at fasions in old sears catalogues!
3) Getting in the car and just driving with no destination in mind, and finding a little mom and pop diner thats serves the best food and coffee ever!
4) Also getting in the car early and driving through mountains, and old roads that lead you to a natural hot springs where you strip down crawl in, and just relax in the middle of an amazingly beautiful forest with the only sounds being that of nature!
5) Walking along a long stretch of soft sanded beach when storm clouds are gathering and the wind is strong and waves are high and crashing down on the shore!
6) Listenining to a small childs squeals and laughter of delight when they discover something i,ve taken for granted for too long, and seeing again through their curious and amazed eyes!
There are soooo many more, and when they come to mind i,ll be back to add them! Great thread, thanks for starting it!
