Hey All I been waiting For Freddy VS Jason 2. I really loved the first one I heard there was suppose to be a second Part..... Anyone got any news about it?

Looks like I found some news myself.
January 6, 2005 — According to Moviehole, plans for a Freddy vs. Jason sequel are now dead in the water. According to New Line's Toby Emmerich, the studio decided not to go ahead with the film when they could not secure the rights for "Ash" (from the "Evil Dead" series) from Sam Raimi.
In other New Line news, apparently a "Nightstalkers" film spin-off, starring Ryan Reynolds and Jessica Biel, from "Blade 3" might not happen. Emmerich told the site:
"There are no plans right now for a Nightstalkers film until I see"

That news is oooold. Everyone's heard about that for a long time now. I'm pretty sure FvJ2 isn't going to happen...at least not anytime soon.
