I've tried numerous things with barley any success mostly due to my impatience and lack of "sticking to the guidelines" so to speak. I've tried mediating, Trying to Ap, Lucid Dreaming etc...
My lack if guidance is what is baffling me, trying to keep on track.
Goals i'd like to acheive:
-Attention improvement (without any chemical means EX "ritalin", vitamins are fine)
-Control of thoughts ( mostly helping to focus my attention)
-Meditation (i have trouble with this, also a problem with the focus)
-My impatience (needs lots of improvements!)
-Lucid Dreaming (develop methods to induce this without rush)
-Finaly Astral Projection (which i know will take time, which is why i need to focus on other problems first)
What i'd like help on:
-Methods of improveing the above
-Some way of keeping a schedule so i can develop a sense of control instead of switching from one thing to another
-Any form of guidance
