Full Version: God outside of time and space

I just thought of this five minutes ago, so it's not as much as I'd like to say about it. I wish I could go deeper but I need to think about some parts.

What if God were constantly changing the entire Universe, everything. Its laws, its layout, its sheer being so everything works out exactly how he wants it. Atoms are like playdough to Him. Maybe time moves infinitely slower to Him, so he has time to tweak every little thing he needs to match any set of rules. He would have time to see and think about everything that is existing at the time, so he could work anything out. He could be omniscient because He will make it so, free will or not. Anything could be blamed for anything if it was up to Him.
If he could also change our memories, then History could be anything. I don't think this one is plausible, though. But then what is?
He might be able to get into our heads and give us certain notions, ideas, or fantasies. He could be the ultimate, all-powerful muse, inspiring us to take action, or just planting the seed of contemplation. Why do you like chicken more than beef? He tipped it that way.
And if the Universe were pretty much frozen, He could do this to everybody at the same time (pretty much same time, from our POV).

I don't know. What if the only reason he could do anything is because He'd have time to. Or used to. And now only does the Muse thing.

Interesting to me... sorry if not to others.
