According to Gamespot.com, there is going to be a second destroy all humans game! It will be set in the '60s, and will have 5 new worlds, and new humans like spies and ninjas. It will also have multiplayer.

This one better have ALOT more missions. I bought the first DAH and it was cool and everything, but there were so few missions

I hope so, too. I beat the first one in only 2 hours. It's still a good game. Hopefully, the second one will be much better than the first.

OMG, this game sounds ace! I hope there are more upgrades, waepons and veichles (other that a UFO). I should be able to get this for my birthday, since my birthday is in fall. I hope that the game is better then the first, It was simple to complete, and i only played it afterwards because the people did stupid things

According to THQ's website, there will be new weapons, mind powers, cities, and humans. Also, old weapons like the Zap-O-Matic are getting a new destructive makeover.
New weapons are The Meteor Strike, Gastro Gun, and Dislocator.
New cities are Albion(London), Tunguska(Russia), Takoshima Island(Tokyo), and Bay City(San Fransisco). Also, Bay City was the idea for a city in the first game, but was dropped. So they are using it in this game.
New mind powers are Transmogrify, Mind Flash, and Body Snatch.
New humans will be hippies, spies, and ninjas.
