Do you know that Turing a computer scientist said that by the year 2000 machines will be intelligent enough to chat with humans without the humans knowing it is a machine they are chatting with?
But this has not been possible so far. I wrote this blog where i argue that it is possible to make such machines in the near future. Does anyone have technical comments on this?

Actually, Ive writen a little chat bot once that fooled a few of my friends. if I still had it , id share it lol, but simple, You CAN fool someone to think their chatting with an actual person, you just need to have a set of responces to a set of questions or comments. Its not AI, but it can still fool someone for at least 5 minutes hehe.

ALICE was the first AI bot. It's been arounds for ages. Theirs have been thousands of clones using the same engine, only designed for different responses based on what the bots primary purpose was.

And he was right, I've tricked lots of people using AliceBot and a few other AI Chatbots.
