Tesla had an even more affordable idea but you dont hear that anywhere do you? No world economy is going to convert until all fossil fuel sources are exhausted.

This doesn't use "environmental heat" to generate power. It uses fuel and air. It doesn't say what the fuel is but that fuel may well be made from fossil fuels. There's nothing special here.
