Ok i might just be imagining this but I think my best friend is a ghost! She is soo pale and whe she steps into shadows it's like she disappears. Also she'll be right in front of me and I'll turn around for one second and she'll be gone! I hate to think she is a ghost but I cant help it. Am I just imagining this? Please help I'm desperate!

First off, can other people see and hear her, or are you the only one who can do this?

Do you know if she goes to school or work, or does she suddenly appear to you out of nowhere?

Can you physically touch her; i.e. reach out and feel her wrist to see if she indeed has a pulse?

Can she walk through walls, or does she need to use a door?

Has she ever floated in the air, appeared visually transparent, or has, in fact, told you that she's dead?

And finally, are you serious?

Ok I know you think I'm crazy right now but I'm totally serious. I have seen through her a lot but maybe was seeing things. I've heard my other friends saying they have seen through her and most of the other things I said. She makes jokes about being dead and it makes me uncomfortable. Sometimes when I look at her in the corner of my eyes it sort of looks like her eyes are goldish and she's floating. What I believe is she might be my gaurdian angel. What do you think?

Seriously try taking a picture of her. If she is a ghost the flash will go through her making her transparancy easier to detect or she won't appear at all....but be careful of posting a blank image here it will be labeled fake out of the shoot....anyway I'll be waiting to see the pic posted....

Yeah she's my age. You know you could be right but I doubt it. I dont know what to believe! Well last weekend I slept over at her house and I heard really freaky noises coming from her bed so I went up to it. It almost looked like she was floating! Then she grabbed my arm and it scared the freakin piss out of me! (excuse my language) She told me later she must have been doing it in her sleep but I'm not that sure.

I think you need to enhance your speicificity so we can take you seriously as you requested. So I am assuming that this girl is present physically and attends school and has parents. If this girl is a ghost, as you suggested, obviously nobody knows she has passed and she is charading as living in this world, which seems unlikely. Unless.....let me propose a scenerio. Perhaps she has passed on, yet has never 'gone to the light' and is trying to live in the world as she would if she were alive and her parents are living with her ghost. When I write it out that way, it seems a little too "hollywood" to me. Not to be rude, which I might end up doing, I see this as nothing more than a tale made up by someone who's mind has been conditioned by popular depictions of ghosts in literature and the movies (your nickname only reinforces these thoughts for me), unless you can provide us with more details and/or solid proof.

You think your friend is a ghost, but yet you stay over at her house, she goes to school, has a family, and everyone is aware of her? this has the sound of bogusness to it.

She is a normal person. She just likes scaring the crap out of you whenever she can.

I can't honestly believe that your friend is a ghost. You've grown up together, met her family, you go to school, yadda, yadda, yadda...........

But I cant go to her house anymore cuz her mom hates me for some reason. But I still wanna know how you put a picture up here cuz I still dont know.

Why not just take the easy way out? Ask you friend in the politest way possible why she's so pale? Ask her why she seems to float sometimes.... say it nicely and matter of factly.... Like it's no big deal but you just want to know cus your curious is all.

If you can play with her, touch her, she has a family and goes to a school where everyone else knows her... most likely she is real. Some people have sking pigmintation problems that give them very fair skin. She might have a medical condition.

Then again... maybe she's dabbling in black arts and does have an entity with her. Is she into that kind of stuff? Ouija Boards and such

Can you get a lock of her hair? I would imagine that if she was a ghost and she did let you cut a piece, it might disappear before your eyes. Did you ever see her eat or drink anything?

How did this girl become your best friend to begin with? It sounds like she yanks your chain a lot and plays mind games (NOT good "best friend" material!). There's a lot of possible explinations. Maybe she's into the Occult and she read the wrong spell one night and now there's an entity inside her. Maybe she's a Goth who's taking her personal style to the next level.

But here's what I think: you mentioned that her mom hates you for no apparent reason. Ever consider that her family's just plain dysfunctional? No touch of the otherworldly here, folks-- just your run-of-the-mill weirdos.
