Well, yes...

Who said it wasn't?

The problem with the theory of creationism and other anti-evolution people is that Darwins theory is so far turning out to work. Evolution is backed by hard evidence and proof that in my opinion prooves that it is the truth. We can see it in other species living now even in reptiles for example. Most species have hearts, lungs, livers, two eyes, 2 arms etc. traits that are quite common.

The truth is that you can not answer all questions with "God did it" just like you can't answer all questions with "Evolution did it"

Actually you can use evolution for all life on Earth it is a universal answer. Not only would evolution work here but other worlds as well. Maybe even in the vacuum of space.

In regards to life on earth as it is now guess what 'evolution' did it. Though you may not beleive in science it works you can thank it for the computer you typed that message of yours on. grin2.gif

Not...necessarily.

Evolution would most likely be universal for anything that is based on the organic chemistry, meaning that it is based on the carbon atom. Again, though, nature is an incredibly innovative thing, and there might well be some process out beyond Earth that keeps evolution from occurring or that substitutes it with something else. Forms of life that are not based on carbon atoms would not be restricted to the rules of organic evolution.
