I know the crocadile one is fake, and the "moose" is probably a bear. but there cool pictures.
GrayTone
Yea, definitely bear
The Doctor
It is a bear and the tigon pics look fake to me.
GrayTone
Naw, the Liger and Tigon both exist.
Jim The Lycan
but the jiant anaconda i dont think is fake, snakes do get extreamly big.

Naw, the Liger and Tigon both exist.

Yeh I'm not saying they don't exist, just that breeding a male tiger and a female lion is very difficult and there are precious few around today. I've never seen a picture of a tigon that sharpe and clear, also they should be smaller and if you look closely at the faces and stripes the kinda look photo-shopped. As for Liger, breeding a male lion and a female tiger is a lot easier and they grow extremely large.
wcturnersr
We do not have crocodiles here in New Orleans. It looks like that picture was taken in another country.

We do have alligators though..., and that is not a alligator.
Jim The Lycan
na people always say "they look photoshopped", its more of a skeptics trademark phrase nowdays.
The Doctor
Well they sure don't look real, a Tigon would be smaller than that. It looks like a Liger's body with a Tiger's face yes.gif

There are actually quite a few zoos around the world with tigons in their collection. Some even going as far as creating hybrids such as the Li-liger (Male lion, and female liger)
Immortal Norway
The anaconda/croccodile is proved to be fake, the giant moose looks like a normal bear, but the tiger/lions looks real. Great pics !
robbieb
ok it is a croc from south east asia. the moose is real the bear is real the tigon and liger are rela i have seen both of those pics before they arent photo shoped if u never saw a clear picture of a tiogon u have ben looking to hard thne. and the giant anaconda is probly aobut 20 feetl ong its no giant
GrayTone
Probably just a big snake with a full belly
frogfish
Actually, the croc is a 21 foot Nile croc from Africa...Not big for it's species..

The snake is no longer than 20 feet.

The bear is just one large grizzly...nothing astounding..

The moose is nothing big either

They are all camera tricks..

Ligers do exist, but only in zoos yes.gif
Huntress
Whether they're real or not i still think Okapi's are weird

Huntress, Those Okapi's really are beautiful aren't they?

Personally my list of weirdest animals definitely would have the platypus on it. Not only is it a mammal that lays eggs, but it has spurs on it's hind feet that deliver poisonous venom which is strong enough to kill an average sized dog and has been recorded to have caused cardiac arrest, and death, in at least one person. Amazing!

not all the time, female ligers are fertile most of the time which is were you get, ti-ligers, li-ligers, female hybrids stand a good chance of being fertile

What do you not get about ligers being sterile? All hybrids are STERILE.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF?

frogfish
QUOTE
The hormonal hypothesis is that the cause of the male liger's growth is its sterility — essentially, the male liger remains in the pre-pubertal growth phase. This is not upheld by behavioural evidence - despite being sterile, many male ligers become sexually mature and mate with females. In addition, female ligers also attain great size, weighing approximately 700 lb (320 kg) and reaching 10 feet (3.05 m) tall on average, but are not fertile.

Um hate to burst anyone's bubble but hybrids are all incpable of reproducing with other hybrids. A ti-liger is a tiger crossed with a liger by the way thumbsup.gif
